Devon Game Reviews

Game 1 Circle Of Life Designed by Josh H.

The object of the game is to get to the center of a round board with 120 spaces, where each space had a life event. Some examples of these life events are graduating high school and moving ahead another 5 spaces or failing a test and having to move back 2 spaces. To win the game you needed to beat the game of life and land on space 121.
What I liked about the game is all the event spaces had little jokes or innuendoes adding a humours element to the game which in my eyes made it more interesting and fun. The flow of the game could use some work cuz i got stuck a couple times trying to move around the board.

Overall I really liked the idea of the game, I would definitely buy this board game and i could see it selling to an adult demographic.

Game 2 Nexus Space Designed by Chris.

The object of the game is to kill all other players on the broad and to do that there's a couple ways you can attack from long range Mid range or short range or there's this relic card that can wipeout everyone and you get an instant win. There's a lot of different elements to the game and that he's planned this out for a long time and lots of detail.
What I liked about the game overall is that everything is great, He really put his effort into this and I can't wait to see how much more it can improve. One small problem is the lack of event cards he had.

Overall I love the effort put into this game and I can't wait to see it in a stores showcase.
